Geography I:This study is an aerial relationship approach to the world and society. We will look at geographic barriers within cultures that are there because of the physical structure of the world. Students will have the opportunity to see and understand that unequal distribution of universally valued natural resources have led to conflicts among cultural groups. Studies will be made of the cultural biases and cross-cultural communications.This is a one semester course which studies basic geographic concepts and the countries of the Western Hemisphere.
